Effective November 23, 2008, USPS Move Update requirements have expanded to include all Standard Mail® — letters, flats, parcels and not flat-machinables — as well as automation- and presort-rate First-Class Mail®. In addition, address lists must be updated within the 95 days prior to the mailing date instead of 185 days.
